This notice applies to all information collected on the AFlashBuilder Web site or submitted to AFlashbuilder at any time.

Personally Identifiable Information
When visiting AFlashBuilder and signing up for or using AFlashBuilder services, you may choose to supply AFlashBuilder with information that identifies you personally. For End-Users, this information may include your name and contact information, gender, birth date, occupation and industry, purchase history, and other information. For Clients, this information may include the Client's name and contact information, the Client's Web site information (name, URL, visitors per day, page views per month, description, categorization), and user comments.
In view AFlashbuilder uses a third party payment processor, we never collect payment information from our clients, such as credit cards details, or similar.

The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as search, community, advertising sales, ecommerce; completing an order; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Personnel who have access to our database are trained to maintain and secure all information.

AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy)
AFlashBuilder do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any UK or US regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of AFlashBuilder.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Examples of non-acceptable content:
Gambling sites (depending on your state laws)
Pirated software
Hackers programs or archives
Warez Sites
IRC Bots
Illegal Distribution Of Un-Owned Mp3

Commercial Advertising - Newsletter/Email/Website
Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs. We consider spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, disable your domain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
AFlashBuilder reserves the right to place promotional ads (banners, taglines, pop unders/ups and/or other advertisement tools) on free customers websites. By signing up with AFlashBuilder, users agree to join the AFlashBuilder Newsletter and receive promotional offers from us. Users have the ability to opt-out at any time from this email based promotional campaigns.

AFlashbuilder may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available AFlashbuilder reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is intended to prevent the misuse of our service. AFlashbuilder reserves the right to terminate the account at anytime.

AFlashBuilder disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by AFlashBuilder and its employees. AFlashBuilder reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
